BIO

Claudia Wang graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.M. in Piano Performance and a M.M. in Piano Performance and Pedagogy, where she studied with Dr. Carol Leone and Dr. Cathy Lysinger. She has performed on alternate-sized keyboards for over five years, an experience that has greatly enhanced her playing and her approach to teaching. 

With seven years of teaching experience, Claudia teaches both private and group piano lessons to students ranging from age four through adult. In addition to performing and teaching, Claudia is currently studying piano tuning and training to become a piano technician. Her growing knowledge of piano tuning, repair, and regulation has given her a deeper understanding of the instrument and further complements her work as a pianist and teacher.
